In-House Legal Solutions looks East with Asia-Pacific launch

In-House Legal Solutions (IHLS) is accelerating its expansion with the launch of operations in the Asia-Pacific Region.

The opening in APAC is a reflection of client demand in the region and is an exciting new chapter in the development of the firm.  IHLS now has a team on the ground in order to support its existing international clients who have offices in Australia and Singapore, whom previously were being supported from IHLS’s Liverpool base.  In addition to allowing IHLS to provide services during daylight hours to clients in those timezones, the launch will further enhance its offering for all clients by allowing it to provide a round-the-clock service to international clients and international teams.

Commenting on this exciting launch, Director and Co-founder of IHLS, Brian Noon, said:

Operating hand in hand with the UK office in Liverpool, the team will be able to provide a range of services to clients including the specialised Transaction Support Solutions for the negotiation of NDAs, engagement terms, non-reliance letters and other linked ancillary transaction related documentation for investment funds and banks that usually are the responsibility of in-house teams.
