As a business, we have thought hard about the following mission statements, taking into account the perspectives of various team members and looking to align these with our firm values of clarity, aspiration, reliability and supportiveness.

Corporate Social Responsibility Mission Statement: We recognise our responsibility as a prominent provider of in-house legal solutions to contribute positively to the societies and communities in which we operate in line with our values of reliability and supportiveness. We are committed to integrating environmental, social and governance concerns into our business operations and strive to make meaningful impact, conducting business ethically, supporting charitable and social causes and minimising our environmental footprint. We commit to supporting a carefully chosen charity each year that aligns with our firm-wide values of supportiveness and aspiration and we do this through a range of team-led activities including voluntary work and fund raising.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Mission Statement: We strive to foster a workplace where equity, diversity, and inclusion are part of our culture and operations in line with our values of aspiration and supportiveness.  We see that this is best achieved through continuous learning and growth. LGBTQIA+ Mission Statement:  We are dedicated to fostering a workplace where LGBTQIA+ employees are welcomed, supported, and celebrated and commit to actively supporting LGBTQIA+ employees through ongoing education and meaningful allyship, aligning with our values of supportiveness and reliability.  Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions feel valued and empowered.   We recognise the positive effects of respect, equality, and fairness, and an environment where every team member can bring their authentic self to work, without fear of discrimination or bias.

Through ongoing initiatives such as mental health team coffee mornings, paid well-being hours and book clubs, we strive to continuously enhance our approach and integrate mental health and well-being into our organizational practices. Neurodiversity Mission Statement:  We embrace neurodiversity as a core element of our inclusive culture and strive to be a workplace where the perspectives of neurodiverse individuals, or those with loved ones who are neurodiverse, are recognised and respected.  This aligns with our values of clarity and reliability.  We are committed to fostering an environment that values and supports individuals that are or may be neurodiverse, which can include individuals who are autistic, or that have ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia and more.  We commit to educating ourselves, using terminology that is accurate, appropriate and respectful and we recognise that a neurodiverse team enhances our ability to innovate.  We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where neurodiverse employees feel valued and understood, and through education, accommodation and advocacy, we aim to promote acceptance of neurodiversity not only across our workplace but also in the communities in which we operate.
