Our Team

Emma is a Senior Solicitor at IHLS and has spent an impressive career in law. She has a wide experience in supply contracts, IT contracts, trading with consumers, data protection and intellectual property advice. With a background in commercial and data protection law, Emma brings valuable knowledge to the team from both private practice and in-house settings.  

Prior to joining In-House Legal Solutions, Emma honed her skills at international and national firms, where she handled client secondments, general commercial matters, and data protection work. Additionally, Emma gained valuable experience during her 5 years as an in-house lawyer. 

Within In-House Legal Solutions, Emma holds the responsibility of managing training initiatives for the team. She adeptly addresses staff members’ specific queries as they arise in documents, providing valuable support on an ad hoc basis. Furthermore, Emma conducts monthly training sessions on various topics, including liability clauses and relevant intellectual property rights, ensuring the team remains well-informed and up to date. 

Emma’s wealth of experience, combined with her dedication to training and development, contributes significantly to the success and expertise of the IHLS team.
