Our Team

At In-House Legal Solutions, Rahel deals with the regulatory & compliance matters as well as some commercial contracts and legal processes of the business. With respect to operations, this is a very broad role which requires managing several aspects of the business, including business efficiency, finance & performance, business development, marketing, business systems and technology, special projects, legal process and all general business operations.

Despite this role covering various business aspects, Rahel’s impressive background lies within the legal field. Rahel began his educational journey at The Law Academy in Liverpool and obtained a Diploma in Law, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive, achieving grades in some modules that were amongst the top 5% and top 10% in the country. After completing his Qualifying Employment, which is similar to a training contract via the traditional route, Rahel then qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2021.

Prior to this role, Rahel had worked in the legal industry since 2013 in various legal roles at firms such as Slater & Gordon, EY Riverview Law, WHN Solicitors, and ourselves, specialising in Corporate Banking, Corporate Transactions and Commercial Contracts.

We are thrilled to be welcoming Rahel back to the team, albeit in a different role. Rahel is enjoying the fact that he is already familiar with the business, the team members, the clients, and the environment, and is really enjoying being back in Liverpool and working with some great people.

Fun fact: Rahel is one of 49 cousins… and growing!
