Our Team

Shivani’s educational journey began at the University of Sheffield, where she studied Law. Seeking to broaden her horizons, she embarked on a year abroad at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland, immersing herself in the study of international law. Following her time at Sheffield, Shivani proceeded to complete the LPC at the University of Law in Liverpool, paving the way for her training contract at In-House Legal Solutions. 

In addition to her academic achievements, Shivani actively contributes to the legal community. She is a member of the National Law Society’s Ethnic Solicitors’ Network and serves on the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity committee for the Liverpool Law Society. Moreover, Shivani takes on the role of one of our Mental Health Champions at In-House Legal Solutions, having implemented and leading well-being initiatives such as ‘Mindful Monday Emails,’ mental health coffee mornings, and the Book Club. 

Her dedication and hard work have been recognised, as she was honoured with the ‘Rising Star in Diversity Change’ award at the Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards. Furthermore, Shivani also received a highly commended certificate for her outstanding contributions in care within the community. 

Shivani is keen to develop her commercial law skills further, as it is this area of law that she is most passionate about.  

Fun fact: Shivani was an extra in a Bollywood movie!
