As In-House Legal Solutions continues to grow, we’re delighted to welcome Sara Swallow as our Fractional Head of Marketing.

This appointment marks another important milestone for IHLS as we continue to invest in the business, strengthen our market presence and support our ambitious plans for the future.

Sara brings more than 20 years’ marketing experience gained across financial services, legal and maritime sectors, including roles with Bank of America, DLA Piper and Bibby Ship Management, as well as supporting a range of businesses through her own consultancy.

Sara commented: “Having spent my career in both corporate and professional services environments, I understand the challenges businesses face when it comes to standing out, building relationships and communicating their value. What really stood out to me about IHLS was the ambition of the team and their commitment to doing things differently. I’m excited to be joining the business at such an important stage in its journey and look forward to helping raise awareness of the fantastic work being done across the business, strengthening engagement with clients and contacts, and supporting the next phase of growth.”

Working closely with the leadership team, Sara will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy, increasing brand visibility, supporting business development activity, and strengthening engagement with clients, contacts and the wider in-house legal community.
