Nawal is a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor and Head of Transaction Support Solutions at In-House Legal Solutions, and she played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth as one of the first Paralegals to join shortly after its incorporation in 2016.  

With a professional background rooted in commercial contracts and financial services, she possesses a wealth of expertise in offering legal advice on intricate commercial agreements, ranging from SaaS Agreements and Services Agreements to Terms & Conditions, Letters of Engagement, Consultancy Agreements, IT Licenses, and more.  

Her extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge enable her to navigate the complexities of these contractual arrangements with precision and effectiveness. 

Nawal understands the challenges when it comes to social mobility, and from the outset of her career, she has been engaged in promoting equal opportunities and social justice. In particular, Nawal has actively been involved in reaching out to the youngest generation from all backgrounds to provide them with resources that can help them develop skills and access opportunities, including through mentoring schemes, legal training programs, and career talks at universities. Additionally, Nawal was recently invited to be a guest speaker at the BPP Graduation in Manchester! 

Fun fact: Nawal’s cat went viral on YouTube and was featured on an episode of ‘The Ellen Show’!
